JOB SUMMARY & DESCRIPTION

Events United | Studio Lab in Derry, NH is looking for Summer Interns in Production and Marketing for Summer 2024!

A Summer Intern (SI) is a non-supervisory position that reports to the Director of Operations, who will assign each SI to their focus area. The SI will have a strong work ethic and be passionate about learning more about their focus area. While this position will be assigned to a specific department, it is a pivotal support role for all departments within the organization.

The SI will work for either Events United or Studio Lab. Events United is a full-service event production company that uses cutting-edge technology to help big and bold brands, creative professionals, and other change-makers define experiences that go far beyond the conventional. Specializing in event production, concerts, corporate conferences & meetings, theaters, houses of worship, and other special events, we make events look and sound fantastic. Studio Lab is a world-class production facility providing state-of-the-art studios for filmmakers, podcasters, musicians, and all creative professionals in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Currently enrolled in high school (11th or 12th grade only) or college. 

  • Adheres to company safety standards.

  • Maintains company cleanliness and organization standards.

  • Be able to travel around the country to event production sites as needed.

  • Must be able to lift 35+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

  • Strives towards, demonstrates, and upholds the Events United & Studio Lab Core Values 

  • Continues to advance personal skills and knowledge in the chosen focus areas.

  • Daily tasks as assigned by the Department Director.

 

PROGRAM DETAILS

Dates

  • College students: May 29 - August 9

  • High School students: June 26 - August 23

  • Start and end times are somewhat flexible based on school schedules


Employment Type: Temporary

  • Compensation: $15/hr
